I had sent courier to Mumbai on 20th December 2018. But till today my consignment is not delivered. I lodged a complaint yesterday. Nothing has happened. I again called today they gave me Mumbai's number. When I called your Mumbai office (9987506999 - Sonali) she was very casual and said it will be delivered today but cannot guarantee. It is 8 days from 20th. This is how ST courier works. What to do.
Please note that we sent a costly saree for my daughter for first Christmas and atleast it should reach before New Year. Hope someone will take action to delivery it on priority.
But worst service. I will never use ST courier service in future.

Worst service ever. My courier from Chennai to Bangalore sent on 24th December hasn't reached until 29th Dec - Consignment number - 63035969010.
The Bangalore office say it was out for delivery with Salman on 28th- The tracker does not show the status though. It is sad that I haven't received the parcel yet and the bangalore office is unable to get the status of the parcel from Salman!! the 48 hrs ETA is clearly not met and I still haven't received my stuff!! Can anything be done by the management team at all?

post cover has been sent on 23-1-2019 from coimbatore consignment number 63054692956 when i tracking in your site it is showing delivered on 29-1-2019 3.10pm by Ponnusawamy , i tried his mobile number (9788857163) but he is not attending and disconnecting the line.
Please do the needful to get mt courier as soon as possible.

I have booked my gift for my friend on 31st of Dec 2019, as of now it was not delivered to the consignee . Even i called and spoke to one of the female executive in the morning to this Contact no - 8138949756 ,She said due to far distance hard to deliver to this place.

The parcel booked on 27th May in cbe as tracking numb 63191755266.
We received the courier with damagein erode on last week.. after tht courier boy came and took the parcel due to damage..
After that we asked the status of courier in erode office.. he said that we moved the parcel to nava india hub.
We spoke to Mr. Srinivasan Manager of nava india hub.. he replied this is not our mistakes, you go and ask your vendor due to this issues..
But our vendor said, I have sent the courier in proper way only, and am having the tracking numb and how can I accept this is my mistakes
Atlast still now we dint receive any response from any other side..
So kindly solve this issues and let me know the status of the issues..
This package contains 2 sarees.. the cost of Rs. 1800. Now who is the response for this amount..
How can v believe your service here after that..

AWB 63212004730 , Order out for delivery but executive not coming to the area and delivering the product..while asking him he said there is no service and going to return the courier back...As a reputed concern, u are not suppose to book the order if there no service there in the area,...and while asking the executive saying that i have paid for courier why not u are not delivering the product to my home and asking to come some area to pick up there...he said will take two to three days to deliver the product...i said i am waiting for long for this parcel as i have a kid i cant come and collect and told him if no service here y u people are taking the order...he argued and told that he is going to return the parcel back...Is this is the way service oriented concern can treat the customers...
