This Hard disk is not getting detected on any Laptop or Desktop. Request you to help to get troubleshoot the issue. I am not able to access any data from this drive. The date inside this drive is very important and sensitive.

i bought on line from amazon 2tb seagate expansion hdd received in march 2018.
. yesterday i opened and connected it to my laptop. this hdd is not read by the laotop, althogh the blue led light is lit up. there is a tik tik sonud. the deatails of hdd are;
