I have purchased new SEAGATE 2TB external hard drive. Serial No. is NA9C92J9 and P/N is 1K9AP9-501. On opening the hard drive, I transferred ~37 GB but not hard drive is not showing any file however it shows ~37GB has been used. Kindly guide.
