I have recharged on 2nd Dec 2017 the amount of Rupees 196/- for the below Aircel number using the rechargeitnow application. The same amount has been deducted from my account number but the recharge was unsuccessful. So request to you to kindly verify the transactions and refund the same amount to me as soon as possible. I have been following this request for the past 2 weeks but still now I did not receive any acknowledgement for that from your end. Pleas treat this a high priority request and help to get this amount.
I have also raised the request#T53277913C7 for the same. Please do the needful.
