मैने Q Reach Cogent+ मोबाईल Sophoclues से खरेदा है. यह मोबाईल Safe Mode पे जला गया है. Safe Mode से ये फोन बाहर नही आ रहा है. मैने उसको रिसेट करके की कोशीस की मगर कोई भी की काम नही कर रही है. मैने कई बार कस्टमर केअर को भी फोन किया. मगर फोन लगताई नही. केअर नं. 1800-123-2520 ये फोन लगता ही नही. 33 4023 7200 ये फोन लगता है, मगर कोई जबाब नही देता है. मेै पिछले साडेतीन महिने से ट्राय कर रहा हु. मुझे कोई हेल्प नही मिली है. मुझे तो लगता है की कंपनीही बंद हो गयी है. कृपया इस कंपनी का फोन कोई भी नही खरीदे..............
