Sir I have to say that I trust Exide for long time . 1 year back I have bought Exide battery for my vehicle but 5 days back my battery got discharged when I was parking My vehicle i suffer lot for that. This is nothing when I went to coustomer care in Patna battery centre (om Sai serve centre) they have shown no interest in coustomer nor giving me any information about my battery service, they even don't pick phone . As I'm a doctor I am facing a huge problem in going hospital but they are not ready to heare my problem.
I have decided this will be my last Exide product if such type of service persists.

we have one UPS systom for nine points for the past six years in our home ...at present the battery is worn out..and we ant a latest type of battery which requires no maintainance for about five years similar to the present car batteries you are manufacturing ..we have a car also with your battery...I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER YOU MANUFACTURE ps BATEEERIES ALSO AND IF NOT WHERE FROM WEE CAN GET ONE FOR OUR USE.
