With request to say that I had Pureit water purifier RO+MF which is in not working properly.
I Have registered many complaint accordingly and regular in contact with Pureit service provider at location name Prithvi Solutions, but I didn’t found any help/assistance.
They are ignoring things from past 10 days, whether I feel personally that I have committed a wrong decision to buy this.
Will you please help us accordingly.

I have filled a complaintvaround one week regarding changing of filter candle. My complain was registered & i was assigened to my shivam services from bilaSpur. But they closed the complaint saying that we have purchased it but it was not so. Again we registered the complain & was said that very next day it will be done. Again when called the shivam services they said that the kit is not issued to them they don't have. But from the callcenter we were assured that next day some senior will come and the problem will solved. Sorrybto day till date nothing has been done we are purchading water & drinking. Itvwould be great if you dolve my problem as early as possible.

I AM HAVING MARVELLA RO PUREIT.
KIT WAS CHANGED JUST ONE YEAR BACK BUT IT REMAINED UNUSED FOR 9 MONTHS AFTER REPLACEMENT.
NOW THE RO MACHINE IS WORKING PROPERLY BUT MY CONCERN IS THAT WHETHER THE WATER IS SAFE FOR CONSUMPTION OR NOT BECAUSE THE MACHINE WAS LYING UNUSED FOR MORE THAN 9 MONTHS.
