    I have filled a complaintvaround one week regarding changing of filter candle. My complain was registered & i was assigened to my shivam services from bilaSpur. But they closed the complaint saying that we have purchased it but it was not so. Again we registered the complain & was said that very next day it will be done. Again when called the shivam services they said that the kit is not issued to them they don't have. But from the callcenter we were assured that next day some senior will come and the problem will solved. Sorrybto day till date nothing has been done we are purchading water & drinking. Itvwould be great if you dolve my problem as early as possible.
