Please find herewith attached invoice and photo if shoes bought from puma store on 9th july 2017.
It is quite disturbing to see the quality of the shoes.
Our family is an ardern fan of puma.
But such a quality is not expected from brand like puma.
This was the position within 15 days of purchase and just 2 wears.
The store was not ready to take the request without the bill. Hence the complaint gid delayed.
Request u to kindly do the needful at your earliest and pls save this brand from deteriorating.
Had written complaint email to customercareindia@puma.com and akmlaxmi.puma@gmail.com on 3rd sept 2017.
Have visited showroom 4 times. Have shiwn 9th july 17 invoice also.
Since in august 17 i was not able to locate invoice. I visited the store along with invoice on 3rd sept 17.
Kindly instruct the store to replace shoes or refund.
