السلام عليكم ورحمة الله
اود اعلامكم انني قمت ليلة البارحة بحجز على موقعكم هذا عبر (*) وقد اكدو لي الحجز وبعد ساعتين واثناء ذهابي الى المطار تم ابلاغي عبر اتصال هاتفي من دولة الكويت ان حجزي غير مؤكد ويعود السبب في ذلك حسب قولهم شركة طيران الاتحاد التي قدمت مقاعد وهمية الى (*) وقال لي الشخص المتصل يجب عليه الغاء الحجز لانه لا يمكنه تاكيد الحجز وانه يتعهد بارجاع مبلغ التذاكر الى رقم حسابي البنكي. وعند الوصول وبعد التحري مع شركة طيران الاتحاد تبين انه لم يتم الحجز اصلا . الرجاء منكم توضيح موقفكم من كل هذا وتتبع الطرف المقصر نظرا ان وضعي كان استثنائيا وذلك بوجود حالة وفاة لشخص عزيز علينا في العائلة مما اجبرنا الحجز عبر موقعكم. اعتقد ان هذا الموقف لا يخدم مصالحكم . وكذلك مصالح الحرفاء وخاصة في الظروف الصعبة.
خسرنا الحجز وكذلك اضعنا الوقت في الركض في مطار ابوظبي دون الحصول على فائدة. لم اسافر انا وبناتي ولم نحضر على مراسم الدفن. اقول حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل في المواقع والشركات التي غياتها بس الربح دون التفكير في الجانب الإنساني.

As a Wego customer, I trusted Wego and the sites which were shown by Wego but I am disappointed with Wego, for losing my money and time. I Would like to bring to your notice that the Trip and Gotogate showing on your website are cheating people, they are showing lesser prices in comparison fare sites and when we book the tickets on their sites they are deducting more amount than shown on the website even after that they are canceling the order saying that due to technical reasons.
This week I booked my flight tickets with Trip (Twice) with an additional charge of 30Jod and with Gotogate (Once) with an additional charge of 15 Jod. I received a message from both of them saying that your flight reservation has been canceled due to technical reasons.
If every time they cancel the reservations for technical reasons then why again are those sites displayed in Wego with the same prices?
Kindly look into this and take fast action as many customers will lose their money and trust on Wego.

Today i received 1 refund with a deduction of 15 jod again.
