Dear Sir,
I was your merchant and running fast food in RR nagar, Bangalore. I surrendered my POS device (Calculator number-D11003916) on 5th Sep 2019. Till today I have not received the refund of it. It was unused device. Mr.Bobby Punnen( 9008089278) said it will be done within a week. But till today I didn't receive the refund of the same. I request you to do the refund as soon as possible.

Hi There,
Initial amount of 1Rs (tested the account) was credited from the phonepe agent who came to install.
Until today 50 transaction (for the last whole month)are missing, showing credit message to customers and sms received as successful. But the payment not yet received to bank.
Really appreciated if you can solve the issue.
