Refer to my latest ticket no110631733. I paid Rs.15431 on 6th to City bank through phone pay. Bymisake I paid two times by mistake. I requested City bank to refund the excess amount. City bank also returned the amount to phone pay account and the utr no is CITIN20145895225.
But phone pay not yet refunded the amount. I request you to refund the amount immediately.

Your Phone Pe shows amount debits before it is debited from.bank & many time create confusion as Phone Pe record shows paid where as money not debited from.account.
Pl correct this abnormality.
