I m using phonepe app for about 4 months..it was giving better results, but, today it is not working any task of transfer.
It show that "could not connect to the bank network, plz try later" every time. This is worst to me..

I have made transaction on 12th Aug'17 for Myntra using Phone pe wallet. The transaction was not successful and money got debited from my account twice Rs. 1771.31/- . When I approached the customer care they say it will take around 7-8 days for reverse. After the particular period I have received only one reverse of 1771.31 another is still pending.
I called up the customer care and they denies to pay me back stating that the said amount is stuck with bank.
They are cheating with customer like this.
