I bought some products from Myntra using Phone pe wallet. The transaction was not successful and money got debited from my account and credited to phone pe wallet in non withdrawal section as a part of cash back offer. Now when the transaction got reverses my account is credited with the amount excluding the phone pe wallet money. Again when I did the purchase I was not able to use the cash back offer. It is really frustrating. My money got debited by Phone pe without my consent. It is really a bad experience. First.. I am not been able to use any cash back offer and on top of that money has actually been taken from me.
I called up the customer care and they denies to pay me back. I don't know how things thing can happen. Please help
