I Jyoti submit that I have purchased an AC of O GENERAL company for my Library. All the members of O GENERAL company are all irresponsible. No solution provider. Company take some action for their misconduct and irresponsible behaviour.

Very worst experience with Fujitsu General(India) Pvt ltd, an authorized service franchise of O General. Have collected a cheque amount of Rs 9440/- for 4 nos ACs, out of which 1 is already under warranty. Inspite of repeatedly telling them to return the cheque, which I will re-issue a fresh after deducting the amount towards the AC, which is under AMC, they have not returned the cheque and rather in-cashed the cheque . Cheque was collected in May, service has not been started till date. They are extremely fraud and dishonest.
