Sir, I have maintain the Honda Jazz Car No. RJ 02 CD 2400 purchase from your Alwar (Rajasthan) Dealer as on 26-10-2016.
But it very regret to say that I am facing problems with your Alwar & Jaipue Dealer from Last 40 Days.
I have purchase the Honda Connect Device from your Alwar Dealer namely Pink City Honda Alwar as on 16-03-2018 but it was already bad and sold to me after it as on 20-03-2018 I have returned to Dealer but till now I have not received any proper reply from your Alwar Dealer & Jaipur Dealer after many calls and tries

I am a corporate customer and own Honda Mobilio. Bought the car in June 2015. Just after two years of buying the car, car AC is not doing to right cooling. I got my vehicle serviced five recently. Came to know that this car does not have AC filter in the car. The dealer told me that AC is working fine but service needs to be fine and it would incur over Rs 2000. I am surprised that is the quality of the AC so bad that your AC does not last even two years. So perturbed to see such inferior quality. Can I have a solution to this

Dear Concern, every time my car is idle for 4-5 days on 6th day the brake starts making sound. I got it rectified twice in 3-4 months gap now once again i have the same problem i don't understand why???
I purchased the honda jazz from harmony honda chandigarh on 5th august 2015 and got the problem resolved from them they must be having the record but to my dismay the car is having same problem as i returned from out station after 5 days.
I request you to pls assist me rectify this problem once and for all.

I have bought Honda Ameze on 11 October 2018 from Riverside honda Kolhapur. I observed dent on car body after car delivery, I shown it to Riverside honda Kolhapur at first service, They agreed that, it was manufacturing defect & it will clear on second service. but at the time of second service they deny to change the defected part.
It need it to be changed & service of Riverside honda Kolhapur is too poor.
