Writing this post after a complete frustration on the service provided by the company. I purchased a O General Inverter AC on 14-June 2020 and was installed on 17-June-2020 from sargam electronics. From the date of installation, the AC is not cooling properly along with some other issues. I registered two complints regarding that, the service technician visited but the problem was not at all resolved. I trusted the person whatever they said that everything is normal. But the issue was not resolved. The technicians (even senior technician) set their parameters according to what is being measured on the machine.
I am facing following problems
1. Cooling is not proper
2. Icing on the inner grill
3. Very poor installation (Insulation is not proper)
However, the Service person says these are OK.
WHEN THIRD TIME I REGISTERED COMPLAINT THE SERVICE HEAD (Mr. SALIM) TALKED TO ME SO VERY RUDELY AND DENIED TO PROVIDE SERVICE.
Iam so very tired to all this since the installation of the AC and there is no other way to contact to any higher officials of O General. If it the case, I just need to refund my money since the service is so very bad and even the service officials talk like this. I just dont need any relation with this company.
I hope you will look into this matter and resolve the case.
