I wish to inform you that my ac1.2 ton 4 star inverter purchased in July 2018 is not working.
Service request was made to customer care on 17.09.2018. engineer visited the same and told pcb has to be changed.
But sorry to inform you that till date ac not repaired and we are suffering so much.
The worst Condition is that my daughter fall I'll and suffering from feaver since three days due to non availability of ac working.
And most important when I talked to customer care number. They simply say that we have again forwarded the request. But problem not resolved. Even they are not able to confirm whether how many days will take to resolve the issue. Moreover when I talk to Kolkata person he told one funny thing that company have ordered the to China and import we be place soon then the part will reach Kolkata and will repair the account.
Is this the worst Condition of a one of the best air conditioner company of India that even they don't have part for repair the account in warranty period in stock.
Please resolve the issue at earliest and confirm the same to me that when it will get repair.
Because my daughter is suffering from feaver and I am helpless.
If you are not able to repair the same replace the defective product which I have purchased just two months ago.
