आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरी गाड़ी दिनांक 17-04-2018 को एक्सीडेंट हो गया था तब से गाड़ी कुलदीप मोटर्स इटावा में एजेंसी में खड़ी हुई है और एजेंसी पर मैं जाता हूं तो एजेंसी वाले कहते हैं सर्वेयर से बात करो और मैं विपिन गुप्ता सर्वेयर जी से बात करता हूं तो वह कहते हैं कि तुम्हारी गाड़ी की कार्रवाई चल रही है कभी कहते हैं गाड़ी टोटल लॉस है और कभी कहते हैं काम होगा गाड़ी में तो मैंने कह दिया गाड़ी में काम करवाओ कोई बात नहीं आप हमें अप्रूवल दे दीजिए अप्रूवल अभी तक दे नहीं पा रहे हैं आजकल आजकल करते रहते हैं और सर गाड़ी एक्सीडेंट हुए 2 महीने 23 दिन हो चुके हैं अभी तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं है

श्रीमान जी हमारी गाड़ी 27 जनवरी 2020 को रात को एक्सीडेंट हो गई थी जिसका हमने तुरंत कंपनी को फोन पर सूचना दे दी थी और हमने कंपनी के बताएं rule को फॉलो किया मगर आपके सर्वेयर हमें दोबारा किसी अन्य कंपनी से दोबारा एस्टीमेट बनवा कर देने की बात बार-बार कह रहे हैं हम पर दबाव बना रहे हैं लेकिन अगर हम ऐसा करते हैं तो हम पर लगभग ₹40000 का अतिरिक्त बोझ पड़ता है जिसका बोझ हम उठाने में सक्षम नहीं है और आपकी कंपनी का सर्वेयर हमें बार-बार इस बात का दबाव बना रहा है कृपया करके हमारा समाधान करवाइए
