Sub: complaint of ambuja plus cement at site Akola,(Nagpur) Maharashtra.
With due respect, i would like to inform you about the feedback of ambuja plus cement that we have used as per your dealers and marketing committee suggestion. I complainant Anil Mankar village -Khadaki, Teh. -Akola, Distt -Akola(Maharashtra) 444001 would like to lodge complaint against the ambuja cement team for providing me misleading information for sale of your product (Ambuja plus cement), we have about 900 square feet slab and we had used ambuja plus cement as suggested by your dealer and marketing team manager of AKola region, we have used your product as per your processing specification in presence of your area manager at the time of slab execution (July 2016). Right now slab is full of cracks everywhere and water is crossing through these cracks resulting rooms roof getting wet in excess during raining time. We have raining season now and building is losing its strength because of this immature event. I have conversation with your Engg. about this incident but they didn't turned up so for. Ambuja cement is responsible for any damaged happened to building. Its my humble request to fix out this problem and provide necessary solution to get it fixed as soon as possible to stop more spoilage of building..

I am an Ambuja Cement seller and my firm name is Shri shyam stockist. My shop which is located in Palam Village New Delhi. I pick up my cement from Aggarwal Traders’s , I am very upset for 2 years and the company does not help. I have to get myself attached to it and give it to some other dealer because Vicky Aggarwal's staff is very useless and not able to talk & Vicky to them And Vicky Agarwal ji does not pick up the phone due to which we have a lot of problem in the supply of cement. We do not deliver the goods on time. There is a lot of damage and loss for company in the future my Sale will be around 3 to 4000 bags per month.Ambuja Cement sale has to convert UltraTech due to not getting on time, which also hurts the Ambuja please solve it by doing it to me. The company is not giving any response. I wrote to the company last 1 year ago on my letter head. But there is no response, if this continues, then Ambuja's name will also be bad and will have to suffer a lot of loss, please help by doing so.

meine apni site ke lenter mein ready mix concrete (RMC) use kiya ambuja ka lekin mera experience isme bahut hi bad raha. Mujhe engineer ne mere area approx 1800 ft mein approx 20 mq meter use karne ke liye kaha lekin beam ki bharayi ke liye 1mq meter extra order kiya, engineer total 21 mq meter order karne ke liya kaha to meine usi tym 21 mq meter 94500rs ki payment kar di.21 mq meter order karne ke liye mujhe engineer ne site visit ke baad pura measure karne ke baad me kaha engineer ne ye visit lenter dalne ke liye jab puri site complete thi us tym batya tha. lekin jab lenter dal raha that us tym meeri site pe ambuja ke 3 engineer the jinho ne mujhe 21 q.meter maal dalne ke baad 2 q.meter kam padne ki baat kahi to meine usi tym 2 q.meter order 9000 rs mein fir order kiya jise ane mein approx 4 hours ka tym lga geya, lekin baad mein wo order bhi kam pad geya. jo meine manual hi concrete banakar dala. aise galat guide karte hai ambuja ke engineer. aur 9000rs bhi extra lag gaye
