Hi,
I ordered food to KFC outlet noida sec. 142 on 30-Dec-2019 at 8:30 PM vide Order ID:- 37019069474.
Oreder delivery time was 08:58 PM but delivery guy reached at 10:20 PM with arctic food, We regular touch with outlet manager he said all time delivery guy on his way. KFC outlet manager Harinder spoil our dinner quality time. when we refuse to receive arctic foods he forcing me to take and pay.
It was horrible experinece with KFC.

This is regards to delivery complain against Rosedale KFC branch, AA-III, Kolkata - 700160.
Yesterday we placed order via KFC aap to Rosedale KFC branch, AA-III, Kolkata - 700160. After confirm the order we called your Rosedale KFC branch phone number that is 7596044676 at 07:00 PM and informed the deliver the order ASAP. they informed us that they will do that but after 18 min which is at 07:18 PM they told us that they will not able to deliver the order. They informed us that your society is water logged so we are not able to come. for your kind information where zomato, swiggy, dominos pizza etc. deliver smoothly then why KFC is not able to deliver the order and why they are informed/excuses given us after 18 min later.
Kindly look into above this matter.

Dear Concern
Today dated 27th Aug 2022 at 3:00 PM, I ( Gunit Khanna ) ordered one classic Zinger veg burger. Payment done via card @ Rs 177/-.
They served me NON-VEG Burger instead of Veg Burger. I did the bit of it due to that my religion suffered as, I am Vegetarian.
While asking from the Store Manager Ajneesh & Sardar ( who served me the order ) to kindly share me the number of your Senior i.e. RBM or any, they upfront denied on my face & also saying that what happened you will take the refund.
This all above the mail is for your information. We will meet at court.

Dear Kfc management,
On 3/10/2022 We want to KFC at barrackpore outlet. We were five in number. We had to face a misbehaviour from Manager's part. While we were having our meal, manager approached us and told us to finish our meal as fast as we could as other people were waiting. This is not appropriate. We had gone there to savour our meal, but because of the manager's behaviour our meal turned sour. when these was no place to accommodate the people who were pouring in, they should have asked people to form a line outside the outlet. But no, the manager began to tell one and all to have the meal faster and leave. When confronted, he was not ashamed at all and when there was no place inside the outlet, the manager should have made additional people wait outside. But he did no such thing and told those who were already having their meal to finish as fast as possible. He said that twice. The very moment I decided not to go to KFC, barrackpore in future.
Please look into this matter
