Respected Sir / Madam,
Myself Aneesh Samuel from Faridabad, Hariyana. I oredered 1× 2 Popcorn Rice bowls with 8 Hot wings and 1× Smoky Red Rice bowl through KFC APPLICATION at 7:35pm on 10.10.2020(Order no.328W036727)- message screen short attached, and am waited till 8:27pm then contact to KFC CUSTOMER SERVICE (08042754444), They also informed me order will coming shortly, again i waited till 9:10pm then i call direct to KFC Edelco Shop ,fardabad. They also confused , atlast they are replyed we are
Dispatched this order but rightnow we can't connect with rider, we will sent fresh order, again am waiting for my order , after sometime i took some order tracking id with new order number-983, atlast around 9:50pm i got my order. Sorry to say this very Worst service , iam unhappy , unsatisfied deal. Very shameful service.
