Dear sir. Last two months tover problem in residening area of kanagakasabi nagar chidambaram of cuddaoore district. In this regard I went to jio centre chidambaram near muthiah nagartoday evening by 4.30 pm to give a Complaints .But the security ask to wait in the lobby but more than 15min Waited there no one enquired me.like me more than 5 pepoles wait to see no response.i came out . Sir, I was used Vodofone no. 8122126115 which was portable to your jio net work during Jan'2019. Last week I recharged for Rs.49 plan, which was successfully recharged, but I could not able to call or browse net.after consultation with your customer service, I again recharged for Rs. 399/- Plan for 84 days. Further When potability, I was recharged for Rs.10/-, which was also available on my account. But these two amount was not used to call or browse by me. I request you to look into the matter and add Rs.49/- Plan and Rs.7.72 total of 56.72 to my account in addition to current plan, so that I can use for call and browse and reply to me at the earliest.
