Sir, I have purchased a window AC rating 5 Star from R.K.Vision, khanna market, New Delhi-1 in last year June,2017. At present AC Machine come on compressor mode than very bad noise sound in machine continiously in compressor mode. After Compressor mode finished than Machine sound automatically closed.
It is requested kindly cheked it urgently please and solved my noise/sound problem in AC Machine.

Dear sir,
We are urgently a need of servicing of Air Conditioners of Hitachi.The unit consists of Ductable , VRF, Cassettte, Split and Window. We are trying from very long time from your company for the repairing of these units. But unfortunately no positive response from your side and with the result we are suffering very badly. In this regard you are once again requested to depute your senior technician to our National Headquarters without further delay.Who can check the units and give the ecorporateserve@jci-hitachi.comstimate for the same. So that the work on the Air Conditioners is taken on fast track basis As the summer season has already started and the use of Air Conditioners is urgently needed in this season. Our organisation is affiliated to The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports Govt. of India. and the regular Meetings with the Officers of the Ministry are being held in our Headquarters.
Matter may please be treated as most urgent basis.

Consistent aircon Pvt. Ltd. had installed ductable split AC of (11 ton- 2 nos and 8.5 ton-2 nos) total 39 ton machines in our warehouse B-100, GF, Phase-1 Naraina industrial Area, Delhi-110028. vide we have issued them PO no. 6000001315 dated 19-02-2020 but they had delivered and commission the machine in Mar-Apr 2021 due to Covid-19 restrictions but till date we are not getting cooling temp as they had said. currently we are getting 30 to 32 degree temp. when we are approaching them for solution they are not taking pain to attend our problem.
your intervention is required in this case on a high priority.
