Hi My name is Reshma khanam and i am traveling with go air on 22 of oct 2018 from leh to delhi wit m fionce same flght no 204 and 198 which is interconnecting flight so my concerned is first when i booked the ticket by mistakenly i have written Reshma khan so when i called ur customer they said they can only do the correction in spelling and in my case they have add am extra and it is against airlines policy so i understood and i cancil and i booked fresh reservation paying extra 10 k and again i got interconnecting flight as i have flight phobia n i used to vomit n i need some one with me for m assistance . So please its a humble request to u all please give me the same flight 204 which is direct from leh toh delhi without paying extra and i dont want interconnecting flight and dont want to wait there in srinagar for one hour i hope u understand n resolve my problem .

Hello,
Yesterday i have booked ticket from delhi to ahmedabad also assign seat for the same but unable to get confirmation As the payment already get deducted from bank thrice. Contact go air customer care but didn't get any response.

I am prakash kumar chandra.i have booked A ticket patna to delhi which PNR is - O4WF4S.
but By my mistake in ticket Sector in wrong fill and ticket booked for Delhi to patna..
i discuss with customer care and they chnge sector in ticket with same PNR with penalty 2714 rupees...
I request to GO AIR please correct my ticket without penalty i am not able to give penalty And sorry for my mistake. If the ticket is not recovered without penalty, I will not be able to travel this way, so return my money.
