Dear Sir,
Please go through trailing mail and there is no respond from your service manager Mr.Rayudu and he is the best worst service person and spoiled Godrej washing machine company name.he is never talk the truth always lie with customers.
Recently 10 days before taken my existing damaged washing machine and he was promised after two days will be arranged new machine .
Never lift the phone and suppose rare case lift the phone always use to talk lie.
We have been facing the below mentioned washing machine problem since beginning but only time killing your service manager and your service call center.
You are not a service care ,you are service suffer godrej company.
If you are two delay I am going to filing on consumer complaint.
Please don't misunderstand and please understand positively that how we have faced the problem with customer care centers and service manager Mr.Rayudu.
We have been continuously complaints since more than 2 months.
Godrej company spending and wastage of the moiney through unskilled useless service managers and call centers.
Please don't delay and replace this machine ASAP.
