I have purchased a new godrej washing machine in old machine exchane through your representative Mr gour das vide sales order no. 824290 Dt. 15.04.2017 in which Mr gour das told me that your old machine price will deduct rs 3,500/- but in this sales order only rs 1,000/- was deducted & as I was not in town payment is also made total rs 13,170/- excess rd.2,500/- PLEASE enquire into the matter from Gour das
