Sir,
With your esteemed name and record I could not help but order a furniture. However , on the day of delivery I was informed that the bulb for the tripod , is broken and would be delivered only after 2 days . Mr Abhishek Chauhan was told the same after delivery. He promised to deliver it after 2 days. However when contacted after three days , he rested on excuse that he was not in town for three days and would deliver the same next day. Next day , he called to say that he would deliver the next day because it’s late for him to work. On being pressed hard he sent a guy with wrong bulb just to complete the loop of delivery. The delivery guy did his theatrics as briefed to him and said he has got wrong bulb and deliver the same by 11 am on Sunday. But still Mr Chauhan has not delivered the promise. For what reasons should I keep my contract with furlenco when the company is not able to delivered the promised stuff in time. And also attribute your failure to highly unprofessional attitude of your employees, the like of Mr Chauhan. Thank you and hope it is resolved
