I have purchased 500 ml tea flask from your BTM 2 STAGE MICOLAYOUT BANGALORE
The tea price as per bill is Rs.129 and discount is 64.50. The GST on 64.50 @ 5% is 2.22. We have collected the tea directly from your point they have charged 19 as delivery charges and GST is for that is Rs 1.
After totaling all this 64.50+2.22+19+1=86.72. The bill total shows Rs.104. We have paid the same.
Pls explain about excess charges and also about delivery charges.

Quality of tea of your counter at arrival of terminal 2 mumbai is very hopeless. They serve readymade tea may be prepared few hrs back. Matter may please be taken up with the concerned tea stall and ensure to serve fresh tea. Action taken may be communicated.

Sales Rep. Ms. Divya has insulted & humiliated a Customer at the Koramangala Chai Point on 3rd January 2024 at around 3.45 PM by raising her voice beyond limits for no fault of the Customer, which is myself.
All other staff were silent spectators and one of them ( who knew what the real issue was) pitched in to diffuse the situation.
An attitude totally uncalled for and unwarranted from an establishment like Chai Point and such people only spoil the name of good establishments like Chai Point.
