I am chadan Bhunia from k.g.p(L).I am working at Tata metaliks casual employee. i am very poor man. I went to the doctor at St. Joseph's Hospital from Medinipur.The medicines given by the doctor are not available from E.S.I.C, but the medicine is available if you pay for it.

Hello sir I am Ramkrishan Mishra and I am esic holder and whenever my wife is pregnant then I was also visit loco hospital in gwalior and employee is misguide to me that this esic service cant take because your maternity benifit is no but I am a male employees and I can use super facilities than after we visited loco hospital with my pregnant wife also then employee told sorry I can't make your file because you can't take this service. And when we aree all given data for use this service after 7 days again my wife visit their then again he told now this paper is invalid because this paper only 7 days valid. So again ready this docx. I want to actioning of that employee who the ready for file.

Hi,
I am suffering from serious issue and from last 30 days I am going to ESIC hospital and no one listening properly and once they refer to me to Arora Hospital (For Neurologist), there they conducted my one test and by seeing the report they are saying Report is Normal , so we wont refer you in that hospital again for the treatment . But I am having one concern that by seeing one report doesn't mean the pain I am suffering from that will be Okay. I want you to further continue my treatment for this case.
So, my humble request to you please help me in providing the correct as I am not able to write anything. My hand shivers very much while doing any thing.
Kindly please take this on priority and please refer to me any concerned Hospital for the treatment.

I took my mother to Basai Darapur Hospital yesterday but no one was listening to her.
