I do not have birth certificate only have school leaving certificate.differnce between uan portal dob and original dob is more than 3years.can I sumbmit this during epf claim .

Dear sir / madam
My self Abhijit Debnath. I tried to pan link with my pf account. But when I did the link there show the problem. Then I visited at income tax office. There they showed the second picture. They told me that my all information was correct. I changed my name in pan card before 4 months ago. I contacted the pan customer also. There they replied all good in my pan card.
Please reply me how is it possible?
And solution my problem as soon as possible.
