On 16-4-2018, I tried to withdraw cash from ATM from my Debit card No.5126520239253854. But no cash received. However after an hour later, Rs.5000 has been debited to my account No.0309000102035131. You are therefore requested to credit back the amount debited to my account without paying me.
I was trying to call to toll free number018001802222 and landline 01202490000. I visited PNB, Malerkotla branch. They said to call to this numbers and lodge complaint. It is very bad experience of mine as no system is in place to contact.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
