Dear sir, with reference to above mention subject, please take note that we have submitted a letter on 5th September 2017, for correction in our PF registration number, along with FORM 5A, ESIC REGISTRATION SUBJECT, SERVICE TAX REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE, GST REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE, TRADE LICENCE IN THE NAME OF FORM, CANCEALLED CHEQUE, PAN CARD AND AADHAR CARD, but there is no correction till now in our PF registration no.
More strange is that after submitting the letter. I personally visit 4 times to PF department situated at salt lake, but nothing happen till now. After a lot of harassment they told me that a verification be done. Subsequently an EO named Mr. Shankar Chakraborty visited at our venue and assured us that the work will be done in 15 days and took all above mentioned document along with payment challan and now he is demanding Rs 10000/- as bribe in the name of departmental expenditure under his harassment we have already paid Rs. 2000/- but still he is not completing the job. He has given his mobile no – 8961489947 but after taking money he does not respond and asked me to further pay the money. He continue to harass us and repeatedly ask money. It seems he only understand the language of money.
