Sir, i want to activate my UAN no. which is 100453217361 . i want to passbook of my epf account but when i'm going to activate UAN no. there is error comes ur gender is not showing in system .now please help to sort out this problem.

sir,
I want to transfer my pf from epfo chandigarh to TATA motors pf establishment.For the same i have submitted the application to my current employer Tata Motors Ltd. Jamshedpur & Tata motors have sent this application to my previous employer Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd MOhali, previous employer have put their seal & signature & still they kept it in their office. I am bit confused whether this form is now to be submitted in EPFO chandigarh or Tata Motors pf establishment trust jamshedpur. This matter is pending since long please help me out.
