Its been more than 2weeks that i have not received my refund amount for order no. SO11066754. Now this is very annoying. I also contacted before bt you said that the refund is already issued. But the amount is not reflected yet in my account. This was my first experience with club Factory and it created a very bad image of yours. Other shopping sites also refund their amounts but it does not take such a long time yours site took. I just want a definite date when will the refund reflect in my account.i am getting reply that you have refunded my amount bt if you have refund it then it must reflect in my account. DO help me regarding this.
