I have shopped with club factory many times this time my 2 items are missing call people ask to chat online , I did like 42 times chat with them they reply after 1 hr and close chat either escalate issue and ask me to check my parcel again as it is shipped . If I had the items why would I bother this much drama . Can not u get I did not get my products . Just refund my money rather than asking me to chk parcel I send all pictures of parcel being damaged missing orders details and every time a new associate comes I have to explain him all again it's so frustrating . Was not expected from this big brand.
