I placed an order for one shoes on 22.02.18 and you confirmed my payment vide order no SO14060687.On 25.02.17 you confirmed that my order is in processed. Further you sent a SMS that the desired item is no longer available and through net banking it will be refunded .In this regard when i contact your customer care toll free number he asked my debit card no,cvv no & expiry date,wherein your terms it is clearly mentioned that company will never asked any private details as above. Please arrage to refund my payment through net banking or deliver my order at earliest.
