my self ajas v.a i wanted to share very bad experience from blue dart team kolenchery . my credit card is not delivered . yesterday bluedart said it Will be delivered today itself .But till now I didn't receive any all call from blue dart . Finally I contact blue dart team then the person said we can't delivery today it Will be delivered next Tuesday.. why blue dart team take a long time delivery and also they giving me wrong commitment yesterday they promised me to some how they delivered the card today . The card is very necessary of me . Kolenchery blue dart team already receive the CARD .In my home there is a total of only ten kilometers . I Need this card at the earliest

The Blue Dart Courier service is the oldest courier service in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. It is close to 20 years since it started the service. But since the beginning of the service, the Blue Dart Itanagar has never delivered parcels at door step of its customers. The one constant, repeated excuse is that "there is no delivery boy free at the moment/today"! That has been the excuse for more than two decades of their presence here in Itanagar. And seems no one has complained about this before. The customers are threatened that their parcels will be sent back if they did not come and collect by themselves. Interestingly, they make the phone calls just a day or two before the specified period for receiving/delivery of the parcel. It has happened with me before also on many occasions.
And today, just a moment ago I got a call from Blue Dart Itanagar saying that there is parcel in my name from SBI asking me to come and collect it myself. On asked why they wouldn't deliver, the lady on the phone said, first, that it was a DOCUMENT and Blue Dart don't deliver documents to home of the customers, secondly, she said that there was no delivery boy on duty today, i. e, 11th September 2018. I wonder what is it with Blue Dart that it Won't make home delivery of the parcels? Is it the same with all Blue Dart services across South Asia or an exception to Blue Dart Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh, India?

Irresistible Waiting Period for booked parcel - Blue Dart always fail to deliver the products in time. Though they promise that the product shall be delivered the very next day and for this they charge too high price but the packet never gets delivered the next day. It takes minimum 2-3 days time which is ridiculous. If this is the case then you should charge at the normal rate and return the money if you are not able to make the delivery next date. Will you explain to me by replying at my above email ID?

I have ordered a Credit card from Axis bank and I have already told them that i have shifted from mu address but i will be able to collect my packet from that address but your Delivery person refuse to give me my packet and behave very rudely when i told him to handover it to me bcoz i have showed him my original Id proof which is related to my old address..
