We have to send shipment every day from Kirti Nagar Delhi to Bangalore by Apple India Pvt Ltd Account 116281
but every day we have to go at warehouse ourselves because your executive did not come to collect pickup.
Kirti Nagar team said that we can send our executive at 3 PM to collect pickup but today executive came but he did not wait just for 2 mint also he came at 2:50 PM also he left without collect pickup so it is very pathetic that Kirti Nagar is not doing co -operate.
When we can go there ourselves to give our parcel also it is not our duty so he must do operate .
So do needful otherwise I will have to escalate this issue with Apple Team.

Here I am Somesh Bansal from Towa Sokki Limited, Vadodara. I have called many times to Mr. Kalpesh & Mr. Ashok (Mobile No. 7573021344) for picking up my consignment to Roorkee. Whenever I am calling they are not giving me proper response & teling me that they will let me know after 10-15 minutes but are not reverting me back again. After calling them repeatedly for 2-3 days they have given me number of Mr. Jigar Patel (Mobile No. 9979851060). I have called him to pick my parcel for Roorkee but again he told me to call Mr. Kalpesh. I dont know what type of employees are there in your one of the porch reputed courier service called Blue Dart. Today again I have called Mr. Jigar Patel for parcel, but he was taking so rude as if he is not interested in taking Parcel. Please clarify with your employees.

34880331021 Way bill was supposed to be delivered to me on 1 Feb 2018 .
When I called at blue dart customer care they told me that there was incomplete primary address(gurgaon) and thats why they redirected it to alternative address of noida.
When I called again to check the status again , I came to know that primary address was complete on my courier , then how come you redirected it to noida.
I need the courier urgently by today itself.
I cannot wait more due to blue dart foolish activity.
