I had a parcel to be received and the delivery boy called to ask if the home is open or not. on telling him my suitable timings he just said to pick it up from the office by myself and disconnected the call without even listening to me and even on calling him back several times, he didn't pick my call.

Sometime back i have contacted with your call centre team she said Hadapsar is out of the City hence we could not deliered??
