SIR, yesterday on 30/03/2017 at 9pm, I went to atm to withdraw money.this atm is one of SBI ATM.
first time I tried to withdraw Rs10000 but at last it show that transaction failed.so I try second time to withdraw Rs 10000 and it is success.
But Rs 20000 is debited from my account whether I get only Rs 10000 in my hand.
Please sir solve it and refund my extra Rs 10000 in my account.

Sir,on 15 Feb 2017 at 16: 17 ,I went to atm to withdraw money, this ATM is one of OBC ATM . First time I tried to withdraw Rs 14000 the transaction is successful. I need Rs 24000 so I tried second time to withdraw Rs 10000 but light gone and ATM stop and Rs 10000 is debited from my account whether I get no money in my hand
So please sir solve it and refund my Rs 10000 in my account
Sir I complaint in my branch three times but branch manager Sahab do not any action in my complaint so please sir kindly action in my complaint
