I had booked a coupon at Dazzle salon in Kolkata. Now when I called the parlour to book an appointment then the person denied to accept the coupon and told to cancel. When I tried to cancel, then the cancel page is showing nothing. Even your customer care number is not working. What kind of service do you provide where firstly the salon does not accept the coupon, secondly customers are unable to cancel the order and thirdly your toll free number is not working? If you are into a business then you should be professional. Please refund my money as soon as possible. My contact number is +918017791688. I would expect a quick response from your end.
