I have been trying to reach you'll regarding this since 20th July'19. I have also raised a ticket regarding this complaint. I have been charged Rs. 390 twice for a spa service I wanted to order. But after the amounth being deducted I did not get any QR code or order confirmation details.
I expect my refund to be given ASAP!

I have purchased two bigbazaar coupons from your little app each worth 1000 (54050661178091 PIN 276888 ) Purchased from 9293922290 ( 54050668345572 PIN 207026 ) purchased from 8885537711 last year and its validity is till 31 August 2019. Today I went to bigbazaar for purchase of goods there when i tried to use these coupons they told me that there is no balance in it . Like you trying to make your customers fool by selling then fake coupons .I want two valid coupons which have the balance of 1000 each or refund my amount or else i will complain in the consumer forum that the company is making people fool by selling fraud coupons. I want my problem to be solved as soon as possible. If you are unable to solve my problem I need to proceed legally..
