My father has saving/deposited amount in his account in Piro (1593) branch , he has expired on Nov 2015, my brother has submitted all connected doc's as asked by branch but Amt not paid . That Sir, when I visit the above district branch office for taking certain clarifications regarding further investment of different scheme we never find the branch manager in the office. The other employees of the office do not entertain/help me about the investment. The employee told that branch manager is out of office for other job they do not confirm when he will come. It is the regular practice of the branch manager and their staff. If I handover any application by hand in the above office the employee do not give any acknowledgement. I ask Branch Manager certain clarifications by sending application through speed post vide no. ES775534484IN dated 18/03/17 and ES541572457IN dated 16/06/17 but your above branch office returned both official letters on the ground that Branch Manager is not available. It is 1st time seen in the district that Sahara India Pariwar do not received any official letter from their customer. It is not only 1st and 2nd time but it is the compulsory practice of this district Branch Office.
Sir, if the customer does not get feedback or any clarification from the office, Branch manager or their staff how people can invest further. As such it is observed that people are not interested to invest money in your district branch office and their monthly collection is very negligible.
Kindly arrange to take up the matter and enquire the same and arrange to take appropriate action in this regards for the benefit of the Sahara India Pariwar and their customer.
