Dear Sir/Mam,
Myself Sumit Shiva, taken Housing bond (Rs. 10000/-) from Sahara Housing Investment Corporation Ltd in Giridih branch during Feb-2011. In that time i was servicing in Giridih (Jharkhand State).
I have gone for surrender of the same during 3rd Jan-2018, in Sahara-Kapoorthala office in Lucknow (UP) then their staff convey me that currently i am staying/servicing in Lucknow (UP) so first i have to transfer this bond from Jharkhand to Lucknow, for the same they had taken application from me to transfer this from Giridih (Jharkhand) to Lucknow (Gomti Nagar Branch, UP), which is also attached with this mail.
From last more than three years i have gone twenty five time for the withdrawal/surrender of the same, but till now people are not responding. I have went Kapoorthala branch, Gomti Nagar Vibhuti Khand branch many times but so far i have not get a single response except harassments.
Yesterday when i went again went to Gomti Nagar branch then their people convey me that its very difficult get the amount as arbitration is going on between SEBI & Sahara (This is Sahara employee words). I am in deep financial crunch so i am requesting once again Sahara/ SEBI both please arrange to resolve my case.
The copy of Housing bond along with application is attached for your ready reference.
