My Videocon d2h is not working since 3-4 days.
It seems all the channels have been removed. I tried to reach on the webpage of this videocon d2h, the site also seems not to be working. Even after pasting correct credentials I'm unable to log in into my account as well.
Since 4 days I am trying call on every possible customer care number of Videocon d2h, not even a single number is working.
Really frustrated, not understanding where to seek help.

Last 7 days all channels are not working except marketing channels & I have send email also but they dident take action when ever I will call new & old customer number always busy or they will pick up phone & they will silent then what is the use of using this videocond2h.
They are not giving proper service last 7 days who will take the response for our recharge amount.
Always this videocond2h are cheating customers.
Even we are searching videocond2h office where they are located in Bangalore.
Somebody can you suggest me how shall I take a legal action against this videocond2h.

MY CUST ID - 38641807 VIDEOCON D2H I HAVE RECHARGED ON LONG TERM RECHARGE FOR 6 MONTHS EFFECTIVE FROM SEP 2018 TILL 13TH MARCH 2019. SUDDENLY VIDEOCON HAS SUSPENDED THE ACTIVATION WEF 02ND FEB. FROM 02ND FEB ONWARDS I KEEP ON CALLING CUSTOMERCARE AND I SENT MAIL ALSO CONTINUOUSLY FOR LAST WEEKS. TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT SOLVED THE PROBLEM AND KEEP ON SENDING SMS INSUFFICIENT BALANCE RECHARGE RS 564 FOR YOUR PACKAGE. MY VALIDITY IS TILL 13TH MAR AND THE BALANCE CREDIT IS APPRX RS 500.00 . APART FROM 10TH FEB I HAVE RECHARGED ANOTHER RS 100 . I GOT CONFIRMATION THE VALIDITY IS TILL 15TH FEB FOR RS 100. INSPITE OF THAT TILL DATE IT WAS NOT ACTIVATED. TODAY ON 17TH AGAIN I HAVE RECHARGED RS 250.00 . BUT NOW I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT BALANCE . ITS SHOWING RS 55.00 ONLY. NO STEPS HAS BEEN TAKEN BY VIDEOCON TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE FROM 02ND FEB TILL DATE. BUT THEY HAVE DEDUCTED ALL MY CREDIT BALANCE . PLS HELP ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
