    My d2h is not working from 1 year.Your tech visited n made me replace the settop box last year but it didn't work even for 1 day n he blamed the tv. Now I have a new tv but it's the same issue and your tech visited n wants me to buy something else, why was I not inform ed earlier.Also i received a call from 2656142250 yesterday n she assured me issue will be resolved n that i can call the toll-free for follow-up but tollfrreis unaware of anything.Are you'll misleading n unnecessarily looting custom ers like this??

    Respected sir regarding replacing of my SD setup box to HD setup box last month i recharge in my account 749/- for new HD setup box still now its not done if i call customer care they are asking different different question what to do before before recharge in my account due to HD setup box i asked customer care how much i pay they sending my mail 749/- same money i am recharge but sir no response what to do please sir help me i am helpless please sir my no is phone 8837241494

    My name sharma anil from ahmedabad i registered my complian against replace of my set top box they changed it i cant see any chanells aftr replaced st box.i was called as much as possible in your call centre but they always told me that engineer aaj aayega kal aayega.but the tomorrow never comes to end.i want my balance back and also which i paid for set top box.total 1450 i want cash back.

    My name is G.V.V.S .PRASAD. I have video-con d2h account since 2013. my d2h ID is 19493332. i have recharged my account on 1st august 2020 with Rs/ 6000 for one year. my monthly rent 500rupees. i have got one month free and my due date is 25th august 2021. my old box is not working properly . i have requested to change my old box with new HD BOX. I have inquired for that with video-con customer care. They told me that technician will come and change the box and you will pay 750 to the technician. Then i got message for service request no 56437278 on 26th October 2020. then my account balance is 5815.87. after 10 minutes i got a message that technician will visit with 3 items new HD box, Remote and HDMI CABLE. and got message Rs 1952 deducted against your request no 56437278 and my account balance is 3863.38 without changing any box at that time15.34. after some time Technician murali called and came at 16.30 replace my old box with new HD box. and charged 800 rupees(750 for the box and 50 rupees for service) And i called customer service and explained everything several times and also mailed customer-care @d2h.com. i waited till 18th November 2020. and i complained to Grievance cell (NCH). DOCKET NUMBER 2392370.

    So please looking into the matter, It is only for information and hope you will resolve the problem.

    Recharged on 13-12-2020 for rs. 475/- transection was successful but my d2h account no 3415915 was no added the recharged amount, I have complained four time through mail and several time by call to customercare no.
