I am writing this note of appreciation for the staff at IGI Airport who helped to me recover a bag which was left in the parking lot at Terminal 1 on the night of Sep. 23rd. I was very distressed to found it when I arrived home that one of the bags was not loaded into the cab which brought me home from the airport.
I am truly very thankful to the staff of Parking lot especially Mr. Shiv Shankar Shift Manager of DAPS Parking who tracked down my bag within a short time from the time I spoke to him who reassured me that the bag was indeed found and was submitted to the Security team and it can be retrieved from the lost & found department at IGI Airport. I subsequently retrieved the bag from IGI Airport next morning with help of the clear guidance which was provided by Mr. Shankar.
