Dear Sir /Ma'am,
This is to find the whereabouts of an international passenger Christoph- Kurt Jürgen ,age 79, male, flying from Frankfurt and reaching New Delhi airport in the morning at 8:10 am.
It was an Air India flight. On arrival he was held up in the immigration for incomplete/wrongly made VISA. Last i spoke to him was around 1 :00pm, when I am trying to get his latest eVisa through from his family in Germany.
As I reside in Dehradun, my only way of contacting him is through his phone number, which is not reachable. And his family,back in Germany reports the same. He has not exited the International airport , so please let me know a way to contact immigration which would give me a correct picture about his whereabouts and whether he is sent back to Frankfurt or is still at the immigration.
Please consider that he is an elderly person and was on a first visit to India.
