Your service engineer came on 09/02/2018 and said that back light of your TV has fused and it will repair only on service center not at home. I went to service center on 10/02/18 with my TV and I left my TV there at about 12 pm.He said your warranty approval taken by me and your TV repair within 2 to 3 days. Before 3 month the same problem i faced. but that time they repaired my TV same day.
Today I called to service center Ajmer for about my TV, he said your TV will be repair next Tuesday. after that I called your toll free no and Mr. Ratnesh said as per record your TV part ordered today. I want to know from you that why he did not order my tv parts same day when i left my TV on 10/02/2018 while my TV is in under warranty and why should they take approval again and again.
I am very disappoint from your service. I am requesting to you please sought out this problem permanently because your service center is so far from my home. you do not provide pick up and drop facility that is why we have to to that.

i purchase tv online wile date 22.4.2014 and then 6 to 8 months tv have problem then repairing at ur service center and then again problem then repairing then again be for 6 months create problem then i pay Rs 4000 for repairing and now again same problem and i get repairing estimate Rs 5000 so now i m totally confused what to do if your company first time replace me the tv unit then i think solve the problem and that resion i m suffering the problem continue so please help me for the solutaion

Hi ,
I had complaint earlier also about the service partner that they are not coordinating with the customer and not receiving the call. If they receive they didn't reply well. I have complained in customer care also but no action.
My Tv (Micromax 32 inch full hd-still having in extended warranty period) was repaired on Nov 2017 and currently having same issue that video is not working. How many times we will face the same issue. Previous complaint they had solved after 2.5 months. This time hoe much time it will take.
I have lodged the complaint( BHR 0401181828405) on 1st may. After 3-4 later technician came and check the tv. He told that back part will change and we will order.But after 2-3 days checking customer care they told there is no such order by service partner. and now status is as Duplicate showing in my complain as updated by service partner
.
Customercare escalate this and schedule the call with service partner and with me. But didn't get any call from senior level till now and this thing I am hearing since 3-4 days.
May I know why is this same issue happening again and again and no action taken to the service partner. What is time limit to provide the service and get call from senior manager after escalation ?
Please provide the proper resolution. and provide us the Escalation level.

I have a micromax LED TV model no. 50B6000FHD being used by a senior citizen aged 91 years. The TV remote has not been working for the last 1 month. Despite calling the customer care team several times, they provide contact nos. of of Micromax Channel Partners/Authorized Service Centers across delhi. I have called majority of the service center without any luck with availability of original remote. This is extremely frustrating and I am considering selling this TV due to non-availability of replacement.
